What you’ll get

  • Four 40-minute one-to-one weekly online therapy sessions with me.

    These sessions include solution-focused talk therapy to understand the root causes of your stress, anxiety, and other emotional responses.

  • Tools and techniques for relaxation and mindfulness, including NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) tools such as switch, reframes, anchoring, visualisation and self-hypnosis & breathwork. All to develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, calm & focus.

  • A personalised hypnotherapy audio. A powerful tool & resource for relaxation and reprogramming the subconscious mind. It can help reinforce positive changes and reduce negative thought patterns.

  • A 30-minute follow-up call within three months of the last session. This will allow you to assess your progress, address any lingering concerns, and receive additional support if needed.

I have created this course in honour of WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2023. As a way to offer affordable therapy as a package.

This course is specifically for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and experiencing anxiety. Perhaps you are struggling to focus and achieve your goals, or you have so much to do that you are unsure of where to start - does this sound familiar?

I firmly believe that relaxation is both a skill and a practice; it is the key to good mental health. When we relax, we have the ability to think clearly, rationally, and make sound decisions, operating from the intellectual part of our brains. However, when we are stressed, we operate in 'fight or flight' mode, experiencing emotional responses such as anxiety, anger, and depression. Our thoughts become obsessive, negative, suspicious, and defensive, leading to hasty decisions. We are essentially in survival mode. Over time, this way of thinking becomes so ingrained that we start to believe it's our true self.

When we learn how to access deep relaxation and peace within ourselves, we enjoy countless health benefits and gain confidence in our ability to handle whatever life throws at us. While a certain amount of stress can motivate us, help us think clearly, and stay focused at work, excessive stress clouds our thinking and leads to errors. Over time, both our physical and mental health begin to suffer.

Learning how to be mindful during times of stress and responding to stress instead of reacting is crucial. We can be relaxed and assertive, calm and powerful, collected and confident.

In my early twenties, I suffered from severe anxiety. At the time, I didn't even know what it was; I just felt trapped within myself. I knew I had to change something, so eventually, I sought help from a hypnotherapist and learned relaxation and grounding techniques and tools that I still use today. Gradually, I put these tools into practice and started to experience positive changes in myself, which then reflected in my life.

Throughout my work as a hypnotherapist, I have taught these tools to my clients. When combined with the therapy work we've done in our sessions, it has resulted in real, positive changes in my clients' lives such as improved sleep, mood, relationships, and careers.
