HOW IT WORKS

My ultimate goal as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist is to bring happiness and calm into the lives of my clients. I use clinically proven techniques, including those used in NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your life goals.

We'll start with an online consultation, which typically lasts around 30 minutes. During this time, we'll discuss your best hopes for the sessions and I'll assess how I can best help you.

In our sessions, you'll learn how the mind works and how to use it to your advantage. My approach is forward-focused, meaning we'll build a clear vision of the future you desire and focus on the solutions to your challenges, without dwelling on the problem itself.

I believe that each of us possesses the inner resources we need to succeed in life. Together, we'll access these strengths and valuable assets so that you can feel lighter and more in control of your life.
